Case study: Jobling Purser Roadstone Coating Plant

Background:-
Following a successful partnership on a project in Darlington, HBPW North East client, Owen Pugh, engaged HBPW Consulting Ltd on one of its first forays into the world of civil engineering.

Challenge
To prepare a design and construct proposal for a new roadstone coating plant for Jobling Purser near Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The major issue was the steep sloping site and the challenge of working on a Brown Field site.

Outcome
Nevertheless, all challenges were overcome, the contract was won and both firms worked excellently together and successfully delivered the project.
